At Desert Does It, we want you to be completely satisfied with your desert-inspired wardrobe. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
